Have Dry Hair? Damaged Hair? Want to fix it?Have perfect hair, but want to maintain it?
You don't have to shell out the big bucks at your local beauty salon in order to have a healing hair mask you can go the natural way!
This really is working for my hair, and as promised from my hair story article I would review different techniques I think is working and isn't working to replenish my hair.
Ingredients:
Coconut oil 1 Egg
If you don't know where to by unrefined coconut oil press here
<Shop coconut oil>
If you don't know where to find eggs then you have problems. JK From your local supermarket :)
Steps:
You crack your one egg into a bowl, and depending on how long and thick your hair is you add in at half a table spoon of coconut oil. Coconut oil is usually solid at room temperature (funny enough I think my room is to hard for it to be come solid, but its always liquid in my bedroom lol). So you must warm it up on your stove till liquid and then let it cool, when its luke warm mix it up in the bowl with the egg. Then start applying it to your hair in sections. I cut my hair up into 8 sections because I have extremely DRY COARSE HAIR. Yes super sexy to admit I know your all jelly.
If you are under 18 have an adult help you warm up the coconut oil on the stove. I'm 20 and still call my big sis to supervise.
Leave it on your hair for a couple hours I usually do mine for the duration of one dvd plus the time it takes me to put it in and make popcorn. But they say a minimum of 30-40 minutes is good.
If you did not think that my explanation was well explained then you can watch this wonderful video by AndreasChoice which is where I got this idea to try on my hair in the first place!
