Beauty Diet Rules


Healthy Diet Tips to ensure Weight Loss - P.S it's easy!



I am not a nutritionist and I do not know exactly what is going to work for you but I have seen multiple people in my life struggle with weight, and some have made it out into a new beautiful healthy lifestyle so if you can take away one tip of two to help you I'd be happy. 

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT !




It's funny that people say that because it really is true, from the stand point that when you are constantly putting back junk into your system you start feeling guilty and feeling bad which creative a negative on negative input and output.

I'm not about to tell you, that you change your attitude then every time you walk on the scale you are going to find those pounds disappearing because that's a load of horse crap, but it is none the less the first and most vital step, honestly it really is. Because lets say yo follow all the pretty steps I have coming up about drinking water, fiber and whateves.. But you keep in mind negative terms like "this is never going to work" or I am "fat", then it really will never work. You will get on the scale the first week and have lost nothing and instead of turning to your self and saying well I should try this out for another 10 days and if doesn't work, oh    well there are plenty of diets where that one came from, you'll be telling your self, see I knew it nothing works on me... etc.
Just like the idea of putting in bad food for you will get you into guilt and feeling bad, starting off with negative thoughts on anything is most likely going to make it end negatively. SO STEP ONE GET A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Think I am beautiful on the inside now it is time to project that on the outside.

HEALTHY DIET TIPS 


1. BREAKFAST is they key. 


I can not stress how important it is for you to eat breakfast. Listen to your mom's voice in the back of your head saying breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Try your best to always have a breakfast, healthy and filling. Make your self eggs and as I found out some people cook 6 eggs, DON'T even if your a man, have 3 eggs for protein some lean sausages and some sort of fruit, as well as a glass of real fruit juice like freshly squeezed orange juice or low fat milk. 


I hate those diets that only give you one option expecting you to eat only that one thing every day till you lose the weight so I am going to give you a couple different options! Love me like I love u :P

option 1 - 2-3 eggs if you prefer them fried, fry them with olive oil. 3 small lean meat sausages. Fruit like strawberries. Freshly squeezed orange juice.

option 2 - Oatmeal with some milk and don't add sugar but for added sweetness a teaspoon of local honey.
Glass of Apple Juice. A slice of whole wheat toast with some thin slices of low fat cheese.


2. HYDRATION 

Drink lots ad lots of water, if your shopping around in the mall, get some cute bottle of Macy's water of Evian water refill it from the fountain when it finishes but keep refilling it from the fountain but keep it cute. After drinking you 1 cup of coffee in the morning, bring water with you to work in your cute bottle. You need to drink 2 liters of water, get one giant bottle from Fiji another cute option. 



3. STOP FAST FOOD

Stop running to fast food when hungry!! Go to your deli and have them prep you up a sandwich on healthier side. 

If your in the states go to Chipotle or if you have kids you can find some amazing and also filling salad and lean chicken breast options at Wendy's for you to enjoy while your kids can have a healthy option as well.


These are a few of my fave salad choices from Wendy's, remember to ask for no cheese, and only one scoop of guacamole. Non the less they are AMAZINGLY YUMMY! Nom nom nom looking at the picture.

4. Healthy Snacks 


try to keep in your purse and car, at even at home in the pantry healthy snacks so that when you do get a craving for something at a random time in the day that you biting into something that is good for you. 

If you like to munch on sweet things when your hungry then try to find dried fruits that you like, dried cranberries, dried peaches, sweeter health bars try a couple to you find one you like, I know most granola bars taste like wood and cherry cough syrup but test them out.

PS. Always check the packaging read the ingreidents, do your reserch is it really healthy? Calories? Fibre? Soduim?

If you like salty snack try saltines, veggie chip alternatives very yummy, baby carrots or sliced cucumbers.

If you tend to lean toward snack that are filling like making a quick little sandwich, then google healthy snack options when I did I found the recipe to this, aren't you hungry now?

And don't be shy to click on the healthy snack options for kids, because when it comes to eating healthy we all get kind of picky on what find tastes good or not, and the kids stuff tend to lean more towards a good taste.



5. FOLLOW THE PORTION SIZE

 hard is it can be to put down the bag of veggie chips after 51 pieces DO IT your thighs and scale will thank me. Try separating into zip locks with the number that counts as a serving and storing them like that so that you will learn to stop at that specific amount.


6. INDULGE

 Lastly my lovely ladies and gentlemen, is INDULGE yes, indulge. If you honestly let yourself indulge in something that you find to die for once a week then you will start to feel happier. You will think to yourself I have been loosing all this weight and still been able to live my life. Because you think about it and when you go out with your friends and everyone is ordering something at a cafe you order your self orange juice or something, but you can be bad an order cheese fries or chocolate cake with whip creme. One portion size of course not a whole birthday sheet cake.



Exercise is without even mention something that you need to in-corporate into your lifestyle in order to lose weight at a faster and healthier pace.
