Sick Skin Routine
Currently I am super effing sick. I ain't going to lie to you beautiful readers, but I am down with a flu that won't seem to go away. The reason why I decided to talk about a skin routine is that usually when I'm sick from being in bed to long and sweating I seem to breakout and have dry patches around my nose due to blowing my nose to much. There are certain steps that you can follow that will help out with different things that happen to your skin.
Okay, I know when your sick your too lazy to even refill that glass of water next to your bed even though your dying of thirst. Yet, your going to have eventually get up to fill it up, or get up and head to the restroom, when you do get up try at least rinsing your face with water.
Makeup whips! They will be your bestfriend, they don't work to completely cleanse your face but its better than leaving all the oils and germs from being sick build up on your face.
Moisturizer! For sure! Keep slathering that stuff on, I know they say its bad when it to much and it is, but your skin doesn't even get the chance to soak it in before you whip it all off with your tissues. Keep it next to your bed every time you feel your nose get extremely dry and cracky put a tiny bit on, it will help reduce redness for when you do decide to makeup on or something and keep it a little less dry.
Last but not least HYDRATE, keep drinking fluids, water and juices to keep your self full of healthy goodness. Especially water, good for everything.
