Flomar's Magnetic Twist Nail Enamel

Flomar's Magnetic Twist Nail Enamel

Yasmine Sami (Roxanne Sara's sister)

Today while my friend and I were out to lunch around my university, we stopped by an accessory store because the bags being displayed there were simply to die for. When I walked in I was surprised to find  this nail polish.

Over the summer, when I was in Texas, I saw the versions that Sally Hansen and other nail polish brands had to offer but I decided against them because I thought they were to darn expensive.(I am a book worm, so I would rather spend my money on books). I regretted not getting any so I told myself if I found them while I was out and about in Amman I definitely snatch them up.

To add to my surprise of finding it I flabbergasted by how cheap it was. It was only 1.5 JD (US $2.20) so I thought definitely why not.

I got dark pink because I wanted to get something both my sister and I could use. The color itself is a little bit more on the purple side, much to my own preference since I am not a big fan of pink. Flormars version also comes in an assortment of other colors being dark purple, blue, green, silver, black, an interesting shade of green/gold which is actually really cool. Depending on where you get them I am assuming that other stores have them in more colors.

So I opened the box and just pretty much did as the instructions said 1)put on the nail polish and 2) hold up the magnetic strip to it, immediately after putting on the nail polish. 3) I counted to ten seconds but found that wasn't enough so I advise counting to twenty when when you put the magnetic strip on top of your nail. Make sure you hold it close to your nail as possible but not to close that you touch the nail polish that you ruin it and have to start all over again.

After doing a couple of nails I noticed that if I put to much nail polish that the pattern didn't come out as nice as it did, when I put a thinner layer.
Applying it sounds a lot easier then you think it is but in reality practice really makes perfect but the results are so pretty that it is worth the effort. After a while you will be so used to the process you won't find it hard at all.

The above picture is the end result and I myself was very happy with the look. Would I be willing to buy the other colors? Yes! I would definitely do it because the look of the polish looks super chic, put together but at the same time young. I am all for a French manicure but when you are twenty one and still going to university why not have a little fun with it?
