Colored Hair Trend - Beauties and Ugliness

Colored Hair.. Pastel to be exact. 

When is it ugly and when it is nice?!

Well it is something that is open for interpretation, I feel like when you are pail that to where a very light colored hair you need to have a little boost in the makeup department, so if your someone that is usually always in makeup already with pale skin and considering the change, then maybe its something for you.

But try I would personally suggest that you try chalking and mascara tubes, that allow for temporary color, cause the fad of colored hair will soon be over and but the effects of bleaching and coloring your hair won't. Get some colored extensions, of try a pastel pink highlight for laughs, and take good care of your hair after its been colored. I for one am very bad at keeping good care of my hair, I straighten it, curl it, color it and now can safely say that I regret it deeply because I have lost the bounce to my curls. 

But these trends are beautiful to look at, and dream of, but for me to try it would fry my follicles. :D plus the daddy would not approve.

This last picture, sure makes me really wanna dye my hair so badly but I will restrain myself how ever hard it might be looking at how gorgeous this girl looks with the light pink hair. Yet, I doubt I will ever look like her, regardless of my hair. LOL

P A S T E L S   vs.    N E O N S 

Both are defiantly trends I have come to love. Each was only meant for one cycle of fashion. originally spring was meant to leak pastels and summer was meant to leak the neon color palette. 

NEON'S

Neon's from the higher end fashion like these beautiful Celine bags...

To street Fashion! 

Some of the clothing that I have personally found myself has been from Zara, Sears, Wet Seal.. etc.

Neon's are something to admire I could stare at them all day long.. Okay not all day, but I do love looking a pictures of outfits and things incorporating neon's.

Pastels 

 I love the pastel color trend, I do, but I find it hard to wear, harder than the neon color trend. Neon's are quite easy you can just mix it into your daily wear or make it the centre of your outfit, I does not have to be perfect I feel because it is more of a causal and bold look, that you can make your own. Yet with the pastels I am finding it harder, the colors are washing me out, even though I am oil toned and tan easily. Weird as hell  LOL. But I find it beautiful to look at and stare at other peoples pastel outfits, I think it just needs more experimenting... Till then here are some beautiful pic's of pastels :) 

Remember the cheesey but true things I have to say which is:

1. There are no rules that are not meant to be broken in fashion. Mix prints, trends, black with brown, and long as you make it your own.

2. A bit of neutral in every outfit is not a crime, and in my opinion adds a touch of elegance even in the edgiest of outfits.

3. Clothes you wear are not meant to reflect how much money you have of how up to speed you are with the fashion trends. You should always keep in mind that what you wear is supposed to reflect who you are from the inside.

4. I warned you it would be cheesy so do not complain :P

Photo Inspiration

A dear we saw on the way to the get away house in Huntsville Texas

The sky, When taking a picture try to be patient with it, and  if other things get into the frame of what you are trying to take a picture of don't always mind it, sometimes you have to embrace it.

Don't be afraid to crop! If there is a part of the picture that is more appealing to you crop it, see if you still like it, if you do then you did not let your snap shot go to waste.

Sometimes the camera doesn't always focus in time, now my friend  M in this picture, would be the first one to be like "Noooo! Delete it, you can't see anything." which I always have to end up fighting her off of.

Angles, Work in angles sometimes not always a straight shot is the angle that looks best on the subject. For example the magnificent height to these trees would have not been given justice if I were to take a straight shot of them.

Lastly don't be afraid to edit, I am actually not a fan of touch ups when it comes to natural scenery, maybe on a pic of me, a person, or people not because I find myself or others ugly without touching up the picture but I feel that it brings out the beauty that I see through the photograph

Shopping Blog Haul

First We Hit Dillards

Today we did a lot of shopping, just when I thought that my shopping should be cut because I am trying to save up and have done so much shopping. But I did find some great deals, that I am super excited to share with you all today.

We first went to Dillard's, which was having a take an additional 30-40% off depending on which section of the store you where in on all already marked down items which was super cool. I am not one to usually shop at Dillard's, not because of anything in particular but because I feel like there clothes are over priced for the select styles they put out and most of the time they are mature looking fashions. I do though love there shoes and purses because they do carry a lot of fresh new designers and lines. 

I got these for 27 dollars

Sorry about the quality of the picture because it was taken by my mobile phone camera and I am at the hotel and haven't let the cleaning service vacuum in days :S eek.

But yeah the above shoes of mine are in a 37 and a half and are by Vinci Camuto despite the fact that they are in a Calvin Klein box, you know how it is at sales everything in the store is a mess. Part of the charm I would say.

First Post!!

Okay so this is the first day of my blog, and I really have no idea what I am doing, it is super scary honestly however dorky that might sound. I have been sitting here getting pissed off and not knowing what to do. It is something I have wanted to do since forever. Since my family will not permit me to have a vlog I thought, what's the harm in starting a blog? No followers and releasing things into the internet that I am pretty sure no one will be interested in looking at. Confidence eh. That is the key to everything. LOL

I feel so dorky, but as one of my great professors taught me a geek means anyone excessively interested in one thing, not specifically meant to Star Wars fans and in this day and age the equal would be Harry Potter Fans. Yeah. I had a point to this. Yeah, I think I was trying to say I am a fashion and beauty geek, I do not clam to be the best undiscovered talent out there, but I do love it, and want to share it.
